Holiday Inn Express Xiamen Lushan

We couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the heart of this city! The hotel's proximity to the main shopping mall made transportation super easy for us. A clean, well-appointed room awaited us, complete with comfortable bedding, slippers, and clean towels. The hotel facilities were of great quality, we especially loved the electric kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. The front office staff and bellhops were very helpful in assisting us with our needs. Breakfast was a real treat, we particularly liked the option of butter with our toast.

Can't fault anything about it.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily navigate around and explore the local attractions. The staff at this place are attentive and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They assisted us with room service, dry cleaning, and even helped us call for a taxi when needed.

Location was central to shopping and transportation. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to the nearby mall and there were plenty of restaurants in the area to enjoy for meals. Plus, there were plenty of amenities in the room, like an electric kettle and toiletries.

The staff were not helpful and didn't provide any assistance when we needed it. They seemed disinterested in our concerns and were unable to provide us with basic information about the area.

The hotel could use some upgrades, the rooms were small and had little space to move around. the noise level from the street traffic and metro construction was disruptive, even at night.

Guests can easily navigate around the city from this central location.

Some guests have experienced issues with pre-transactions on their credit card, even though the website stated no transaction would be required for reservation.
